Findtyme accepts the following payment methods:

- Apple Pay (on supported devices)

- Google Pay (on supported devices)

When You'll Be Charged

For most services, you'll be charged at the time of booking. Some services may only require a deposit, with the remaining balance due at the time of service.

Refund Policy

Refund policies vary by service provider. The refund policy for each service is displayed on the service details page before you book.

General refund situations:

- If a service provider cancels: You'll receive a full refund

- If you cancel: Refunds depend on the provider's cancellation policy

- If you're not satisfied: Contact the provider first, then our support team if needed

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
