Booking

How do I book a service?
To book a service, browse our directory of services, select the one you need, choose an available time slot, and complete the booking process with your information and payment details.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking through your account dashboard. Please note that cancellation policies vary by service provider, and some may charge a cancellation fee depending on how close to the appointment time you cancel.
What happens if a service provider cancels my booking?
If a service provider cancels your booking, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund. We also provide options to reschedule with the same provider or book with a different provider.
Can I book multiple services at once?
Currently, you need to book each service separately. However, if you're booking multiple services from the same provider, you can contact them directly to arrange consecutive appointments.

Payments

Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and secure payment processing. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Providers

How do I become a service provider on Findtyme?
To become a service provider, click on the 'For Providers' link at the top of the homepage and follow the registration process. You'll need to provide information about your business, services, and availability.

Reviews

How do I leave a review for a service?
After your appointment is completed, you'll receive an email invitation to leave a review. You can also leave a review by going to your booking history in your account dashboard.

If you're not satisfied with a service, we recommend first contacting the service provider directly to resolve the issue. If that doesn't work, you can contact our customer support team, and we'll help mediate the situation.
